Terms of Service
1. General
The client must be of legal age to request a commission. The artist may refuse any request at any time without giving a reason.
2. Usage & Rights
The artist keeps all rights to the artwork and grants the client a personal, non-transferable license only. The client may not claim the artwork as their own creation or resell it.
3. Portfolio & Promotion
Commissioned works may be displayed in the artist’s portfolio, social media, and promotional materials. Sensitive or private content can be discussed before acceptance.
4. Payments & Fees
Payment is required in full in advance before any work begins. Commercial use requires an additional fee of 50–100% of the base price, depending on scope.
5. Process & Revisions
The production flow is: contact → payment → sketch → final files (PSD/PNG). Up to 3 free revisions are allowed at the sketch stage; after sketch approval, only minor adjustments are possible.
6. Turnaround & Delivery
The usual turnaround time is 1–3 weeks, but this is an estimate and not a guarantee. Final files are delivered digitally via download link or email.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
No refunds are given once work has started, except if the artist is unable to complete the commission. If the artist has not yet started, a refund may be issued at the artist’s discretion.
8. Client Use & Restrictions
The client may post the artwork online with clear credit to the artist and may print it for personal, non-commercial use. The artwork may not be used for any AI-related purpose, including training, datasets, or image generation tools.
