Terms Of Service

GENERAL

• By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the following terms and conditions.
• I have the right to cancel the commission.

PAYMENTS

• Accepting commission payments only through Paypal currently.
• Your commission will not be started until the payment is cleared.
• 100% upfront.

REVISIONS

• 3 revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Minor modifications can be made to the final drawing.
• If there is major revision like changing the design before delivery, I may charge an additional fee. 
  

Production flow

1. Accepting commission.
2. Payment.
3. Rough.
4. Coloring.
5. Delivery.

• Two to Three weeks to complete your commission. 
• May change depends on the complexity and schedule. 

USE

• All Copyright onto the art will belong to the artist. 
• No NFT or AI related use is allowed.
• You may not use my work for commercial use without my permission. Price may be charged 200$ for commercial use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• The artist retains the copyright to the artwork and will be allowed to post it online for promotion and sample of commission.

REFUNDS

• The Artist has the right to cancel the order if at any time there is a violation of the Terms.
• In the event that payment has not been made, the Contractor has the right to request the cancellation of the order by sending a message.
• If a refund is forced through a third party, the Contractor will be stripped of all rights to the artwork and the Artist will retain the rights to the artwork and the right to sell it to another buyer. No further art commissions will be accepted from the offending contractor after the incident.
